Bergholz Cemetery - no date known when photo was taken. It appears a funeral presession taking place.

The photo was probably taken  from 1907 to 1914

The procession is coming down Jefferson onto 1st Street.  If they continue on 1st it will take them to the Bergholz Cemetery. 1/2 -3/4 of a mile. The Robbin's Funeral Home was at the corner of 3rd and Jefferson. The steeple seen in the photo is of the Methodist Church on 2nd Street. Marshall's Restaurant or the coffee shop (2009)  is on the corner of 2nd and Jefferson.

Jefferson County Board of Education – 2023 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, OH 43952. The county office has access to all students school records back to 1912 for Buckeye, Edison, and Indian Creek.
