Tombstone Photos

If you would like to request a photo of a tombstone, please contact Flora L. VerStraten at: fverstraten@dishmail.net or 740-765-4049. Our chapter will first research and see if we have a tombstone for your ancestor(s) requested and if so, we can share it with you via digital email attachment or from a printed copy. Fee's will be charged by the distance of the cemetery, how many photo's needed and in what format. (Note - please only request one cemetery and one family at a time). With your request include the following information:
  1. FULL Name of ancestor
  2. Cemetery where the ancestor is buried and please include, if known, what row, section, and lot and any other details that would aid in locating the tombstone.
  3. Any other helpful details about the tombstone location or appearance.
    Upon making your request, you will receive a reply which will include the fee and information on sending your payment. We will ask you which format you would prefer your photo sent to you. Once your payment is received, the photo will be sent to you within 2 weeks. If more time is needed, you will be contacted.

    We are happy to offer this service and hope to offer tombstone photo's from our website soon.
