September 17, 2011 - Meeting 10:00 AM to Noon P.M. Speaker: Virginia Glenn
December 10, 2011- Annual Christmas Luncheon, starting at 12 noon at the Hilltop Presbyterian Church Fellowship Building, Located at the intersection of Routes 213 and 46. Lunch consists of soup, salad, sandwich, dessert and drink. Cost is $12 plus $3 tip. Speaker will be Bill Bray who will speak about the old houses in the Knoxville area. RSVP to Janet Petrella at 740-537-2747 or petrellajlpt@aol.com. If replying by e-mail, please note in Subject area that it is for the Genealogy Christmas luncheon. Also, spouses, family, and friends are welcome to attend. RSVP’s should be to Janet no later than December 1, 2011.Checks can be mailed to Janet at 940 Logan Street, Toronto, Ohio 43964 (Possible plans: Recently refurbished Knoxville Community Center with a catered provided. A presentation on the History of Knoxville and surrounding areas)
Watch for other announced field trips and/or projects. Volunteers are needed to assist with the courthouse project and inventory and digitizing records project. Please contact Flora L. VerStraten if you would like to volunteer.
