Deed dated 18 Feb 1818, Deed Bk. F pgs. 602-4, Jefferson County, OH Stelle Manning to James Calder

This indenture made the eighteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen between Stelle Manning of the city of New York in the state of New York merchant, and Rachel his wife, of the first part and James Calder of the county of Summerset in the state of New Jersey farmer of the second part…for consideration of the sum of $6200 dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid…Sec 13, Twp 5 being part of the second range…one hour & thirty minutes west 170 perches to the corner of Schamahorn’s lot… south 130 perches to William’s Run… containing 400 acres... Executors, Thomas Manning, William B Manning, William Manning, late of Piscatawery, deceased… first day of April 1815…in the presence of Benjamin M. Harris & Saml. M.
